Twelve years ago all you could find in Cusco were cafes and typical food restaurants, and then Inka Grill opened its doors and we were in for a very pleasant surprise. The city's actual gastronomic circuit is largely thanks to the vision of its owners', commented Marcelo Valencia, a born and bred Cusqueño while wnjoying his chicken Milanese with gnocchi, one of the restaurant's most popular dishes.
Like Marcelo, we sit at a table facing a large window that offers an excellent postcard view of the Plaza de Armas. Then, with a delicious and perfectly chilled pisco sour in hand we can only confirm that life is indeed beautiful in this corner of the world. The menu has something for every taste: innovative and sophisticated dishes go hand in hand with simple favorites for the kids or the less adventurous. Whatever the choice, all dishes out of the Inka Grill kitchen bear its trademark: top quality and maximum flavor.
