Coque Ossio

_MG_8570coqueosioRenowned internationally as one of Lima's top chefs, Coque Ossio has shown great talent not only in the gastronomic arts but as a culinary entrepreneur. After graduating from Universidad del Pacifico in Lima where he majored in Business Administration, Coque enrolled in the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in New York and obtained his Degree in Culinary Arts. Before returning to Peru, he did his internship with Chef Alain Passard in Paris at the three-Michelin star restaurant Arpège.

Coque is currently owner and corporate chef in Cusco's best restaurants (Inka Grill, MAP Café, Pachapapa, Incanto, Greens Organic and LIMO cocina peruana & pisco bar) and in Lima's La Bonbonnière.

He also manages Jorge Luis Ossio Consultoria Gastronomica through which he provides consulting services to various restaurant chains in Peru such as Bembos Burger Grill, China Wok and Casa Andina and US Andina Restaurant and Philips Food in Portland and Baltimore respectively.

Coque has also combined his restaurant work with the presentation of gastronomic show 'Con Sabor a Peru' which was broadcasted to South America through El Gourmet network.
